Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has named Jonathan Thompson as its new Regional Head of Retail, focusing on the markets in the North of England and Scotland.

LSH has over 100 staff dedicated to its retail offering. Clients include investors, occupiers and developers spanning the high street, shopping centres, leisure and catering, out of town parks, road side and convenience retail. The team has particular strength in the management of shopping centres. Currently the firm manages 15mn sq ft of shopping centres throughout the UK and Ireland with a portfolio value of over £3bn.
Stephen Proudley departs the business to join Savills.
Ezra Nahome, CEO of LSH, commented: “The retail sector continues to face challenging market conditions, but there are opportunities. Jonathan becomes our new Regional Head and will lead our retail offering in the Northern region. It’s a well-deserved appointment, and we thank Stephen for his contribution over the last 3 years. We remain one of the UK and Ireland’s largest shopping centre operators with a number of significant sites under our management, and Jonathan and his team will exploit our strengths in this area.”
