A Birmingham integrated office move management, design and fit out consultancy has completed a comprehensive refurbishment for the landlord of a Bromsgrove office building.
Landlord Quartz Investments appointed KWB Workplace, the consultancy arm of Birmingham commercial property agency KWB, to completely re-fit St John’s House, a 12,000 sq ft, three storey, multi-let, purpose-built, modern office building situated in the middle of Bromsgrove town centre.
According to Tim Haslam of Quartz Investments, the refurbishment is already helping the marketing of the vacant first floor of the building. He says: “The refurbishment of St John’s House to grade A standard has further enhanced the attractiveness of this town centre office building to potential tenants in a market where there is a real shortage of quality office space.”
KWB Workplace Director Adrian Southall, says: “As an independent consultant and project manager we are able to save time and money for our clients through our tendering system and focused project management, as well as helping to add value to the owner’s investment in the building.”
The first floor at St John’s House of 5,925 sq ft is available to let at a quoting rent of £16 psf through KWB’s office agency team.
Recent KWB Workplace projects include the landlord’s refurbishments for the ground floor and common areas, and the specification and fit-out of 20,774 sq ft of office space on the ground and first floor for incoming tenant BCA Logistics at 1320 Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park; the acquisition, design, office fit out and move management for Caterpillar Financial Services into 13,800 sq ft of new office space at Friars Gate, Solihull; and the project management of the interior design, office fit out, procurement and move management for USN’s relocation to 6,300 sq ft at Seven House, Longbridge.
