BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Kiran Williams, joining as a senior planner to strengthen its Birmingham development and residential consulting team, and Ruth Hollies, joining as an economist based within its City office.
Kiran, who is a chartered town planner with over 10 years’ experience, gained both within the public and private sectors, will be working with clients including Centrica, CBRE Investors and Aviva.
Ruth, a business economist with experience across a range of sectors, will focus on producing quantitative analysis for decision making purposes as well as insightful market commentary.
These follow recent senior appointments, including Paul Abrey as executive director and James Russell as director, who both joined the UK investment team.
