Automotive repair centre, Gemini Accident Repair Centres has opened a new branch in Bristol at Enterprise Trade Park.
The deal was brokered by DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), and joint agent, Montagu Evans on behalf of the landlord, The Fix UK Limited Partnership. Gemini Property represented the tenant.
Gemini has taken 6,832 sq ft of industrial space, including a secure yard, at Unit 13 Enterprise Trade Park, located on Hengrove Way in Bristol on a 10 year lease. The unit will operate as a regional repair centre.
Enterprise Trade Park is situated on the southern section of the Avon Ring Road, approximately four miles south of Bristol city centre. Neighbouring occupiers at the Park include Topps Tiles, Tile Giant, Gemsec, Derwent Flooring and Fitswim.

Gemini now operates four repair centres in the UK, including the Bristol branch, in Cheltenham, Redditch and Halesowen. It also has 16 bodyshops in Australia, of which the Bristol branch is twinned with the Balcatta site in Perth.
