White Commercial Surveyors is now actively marketing Arrow Park, the new 8 unit 140,000 sq. ft. warehouse and industrial development in Brackley. The scheme has been developed close to the Silverstone Circuit which is home to the British Grand Prix, with Arrow Park acting as a great alternative location away from the circuit.
2 units are already under offer with serious interest being expressed in others. The new industrial/distribution units, completed in January 2018, are available from 10,000 – 40,000 sq. ft.
The development was purchased from Albion Land by Rockspring Property Investment Managers, the €7.9 billion property investment company. The development is prominently situated fronting the Silverstone A43 dual carriageway with fast access to junctions 10 and 11 of the London to Birmingham M40 and junction 15A of the M1.
The site has over 300,000 vehicles passing it every week and will form part of a larger mixed use estate comprising a Sainsbury’s superstore, hotel and healthcare centre. Substantial new housing (over 2,750 houses) will also be built in
Brackley over the next 5 years.
Duncan White, Assistant Director at Rockspring commented: “Arrow Park delivers quality, high specification warehouses at a variety of sizes to businesses keen to take advantage of the great fundamentals offered in the region. The connections to the M40 and M1 provided by Arrow Park’s position on the A43 and the site’s prominence to the road means it is proving attractive to occupiers and companies – with little choice of industrial/warehouse facilities in the region.”
Chris White, Managing Director at White Commercial says: “Due to the shortage of new and modern industrial units and warehouses in this area, coupled with the lack of availability of secure yards, it is no surprise that we are receiving a good level of demand. The region is world-renowned for its automotive technology expertise with over 4,300 companies located in the area, the scheme also being close to Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix”
White Commercial, Brown and Co and Colliers International are retained by Rockspring to lease the units at the scheme.
