Savills, on behalf of a private client, has sold Regent House on Welbeck Way in Peterborough to Kelsey Media.
The former Vogal Group headquarters comprises 3,723 sq ft (345 sq m) of office, workshop and storage space. Kelsey Media, who specialise in creating content across a vast network of multi-media platforms, will occupy the two storey detached building in its entirety.
