BizSpace, the largest provider of flexible workspace with offices and workshops across the UK, has acquired a business centre in Doncaster for £2.6 million, bringing its total number of properties in Yorkshire up to 18.
Situated in an established office and business park, Gresley House is made up of three floors of mixed serviced offices, with 12,800 sq ft of serviced office space available to let.
Approximately 0.5 miles from Doncaster town centre, Gresley House is well-located, situated on the eastern side of Ten Pound Walk, which is accessed directly from White Rose Way (A6182), a major arterial route to Doncaster from the M18.
BizSpace is investing £1 million into refurbishing the office building to provide a new modern reception area, update the general office facilities and refit the ground floor as smaller workspace units. The planned refurbishment of the ground floor will provide 25 new serviced and managed office units specifically for businesses in the area.
Emma Long, Commercial Director at BizSpace commented: “Gresley House is our first business centre in Doncaster and we are thrilled to be investing time and money into developing a modern business environment where local businesses can thrive.
“Supporting Doncaster Chamber’s Launchpad programme, which provides free support to new and emerging businesses across the borough, we are looking forward to working closely with the council and Sheffield City Region to nurture ambitious entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them to evolve and grow.”
