High Post Business Park near Salisbury is now fully sold after a final multi-million-pound deal was completed.
This was the sale of the final unit at the development of high quality refurbished industrial/warehouse units.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the sale of Unit 1 to a private occupier.
Quoting price for the large 49,828 sq ft (4,629 sq m) property was £2.3 million.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “High Post Business Park has proved to be exceedingly popular and I am delighted to see it now completely sold
“It is another example of demand for high quality, strategically-located industrial/warehouse outstripping supply
“There are many businesses of all sizes across south Wiltshire seeking enhanced premises – and 131,630 people of employment age within a 30-minute drive – so more developments such as High Post would surely be highly marketable.”
High Post Business Park, five miles north of Salisbury and with direct access to the A345, provides a range of high quality refurbished industrial / warehouse units on a secure and self-contained site.
