Miller Homes is set to open a new Midlands regional office at Brook Court on the Whittington Park office development in Worcester following a deal brokered by Bruton Knowles.
Said to be one of the most significant office lettings for the City, Brook Court is situated on the outskirts of the City is set in attractive landscaped surroundings overlooking the Malvern Hills.
Robert Smith of Bruton Knowles said: “Miller Homes looked at a number of options and settled on Brook Court as it offered open plan modern office space in an ideal location close to junction 7 of the M5 Motorway. Miller Homes has taken two floors amounting to some 7,800 sq ft on a new ten year lease.”
Brook Court forms part of the Whittington Hall complex within an area of landscaped parkland developed in the late 19th Century around the original country house which was built in 1902s.
Fellow occupiers include The Resource Group, Mainstay Group Ltd and Hofmann Pruftechnik UK Ltd.
The Park offers a mix of accommodation ranging from Grade A offices, period offices in the Hall, the entrance lodge and includes Brook Court which in total extends 80,000 sq ft.

Bruton Knowles Worcester office opened in January of this year. It is the firm’s 13th national office and has secured a number of similar high quality profile agency acquisition and disposal instructions, combined with an expansion of traditional professional work undertaken by the practice throughout the County.
