M&G Real Estate secures four prominent lettings in Leeds

M&G Real Estate has secured more than 50,000 sq ft of new lettings at its Central Square office development in Leeds.

Existing occupier PwC has signed for a further 11,800 sq ft on the ninth floor, bringing its total occupancy to more than 60,000 sq ft. TV, broadband and mobile provider, Sky, will occupy 25,740 sq ft, adding to their existing presence in Leeds, lending further weight to the city’s increasing reputation as a location for media and technology companies. Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall and social media risk company, Crisp Thinking, will take 7,600 sq ft and 5,200 sq ft respectively, having signed 10-year leases.
