Savills, on behalf of Bash P International Ltd, has sold the long leasehold of Unit C5 at Atria Court on Papworth Business Park in Cambridgeshire to Cambridge Food Company Limited.
The specialist artisan cheese company will operate under the name of Cheese Plus and will occupy the 5,269 sq ft (489 sq m) warehouse unit in its entirety.
Rupert Dando, surveyor in the business space team at Savills Cambridge, comments: “Situated to the west of Cambridge city centre, Papworth Business Park is the ideal location for Cheese Plus as it looks to grow its business in the local area. We are very pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of our client.”
