Cushman & Wakefield has promoted two staff at its Cardiff office.
Alys Thomas is now a Senior Consultant in the Planning team, whilst Nicola Harris is a Senior Surveyor in the Rating team.
Alys joined the company in 2015 from Geraint John Planning and splits her time between Cushman & Wakefield’s Cardiff and Bristol offices, working with a range of regional and national clients. She is also currently Chair of the Royal Town Planning Institute’s ‘Young Planners Cymru’.
Nicola joined the business in 2013 from Knight Frank and works in the Rating department dealing with all sectors of the property industry covering South Wales and locations in parts of the South West and South East of England.
