In a deal agreed by Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP and their joint agent Abbey Thomas at 3PL Real Estate, excellent trade counter premises in Wimsey Way, Alfreton have now been let to Toolstation to facilitate their continuing success and expansion in the area.
