Pure Offices secure three new UK sites

Serviced office provider Pure Offices is set to open three new centres across the UK as the business continues its expansion.

The company’s 20th workspace is due to open at the Blade skyscraper, in Reading town centre, early next year. Once fit-out works are complete, a range of offices will be available across two floors of the building.

Pure is also opening a centre in Leeds on Turnberry Park Road, its third in the city. Works are scheduled to complete in early 2018.  The site will provide 80 offices, a business lounge and on-site car parking. The building is located on J27 of the M62.

Pure has also acquired its second centre in Farnborough at Southwood Business Park to complement its current offering in Farnborough town centre. The site is due to open at the end of 2017 with 40 offices.

Offices at all three centres will range in size for between one to 15 people.

Katie Whell, Managing Director of Pure Offices, said: “We are excited to be opening our 20th centre in Reading.  The Blade is such an iconic and individual building whilst also being fantastically located close to the train station and local amenities.  The offices will be fitted out to an exceptional standard offering high quality, flexible, business space.  The building will also have a reception and business lounge providing meet, greet and networking space for staff and visitors alike.”

She added: “Our new centre in Leeds allows us to provide wide coverage throughout the city with Pure Thorpe Park in the north east, Pure Broadgate in the city centre and now Pure Turnberry Park in the south west.  Both existing centres are continually at high occupancy and we hope the new centre will provide expansion space for current customers looking for additional offices and also new customers who want to be to the south of the city.

“We are also delighted to be opening a second centre in Farnborough. Our current centre (Fernaberga House) has always been very popular with businesses and as a result we have not always been able to meet the demand from new customers looking to move in or existing customers seeking to expand as their business grows.

“Our new centre on the outskirts of Farnborough in Southwood will meet this demand and provide an ideal home for businesses looking for smart, air conditioned offices with excellent parking and close to the M3”.

Since its foundation in 2007, Pure Offices has grown to manage office space in 20 major locations across the UK. The company is now looking to acquire more centres or land to develop.
