Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has completed three office deals around Junction 4 of the M42, underscoring the on-going strength of the Solihull and M42 corridor office market.
KWB’s Office Agency Team let 3,300 sq ft of office space at Avon House, Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands, B90 4AA, to Towergate Insurance on a new 10 year lease, at a quoting rent of £18.50psf.
Atkins Trustees has taken 3,100 sq ft of office space at Nelson House, Blythe Valley Park, Central Boulevard, Solihull, B90 8BG, on a new five year lease, at a rent of £21.50psf.
In Hockley Heath, Continental UK has taken a new 10 year lease, at a quoting rent of £15.50psf, on 3,740 sq ft of office space at 4 Hockley Court, 2401 Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, Solihull, West Midlands, B94 6NW.
“Due to its diverse range of occupiers and broad offer of quality accommodation in both business parks and town centres, the Solihull and M42 corridor office market is relatively unaffected by economic uncertainty,” says Mark Robinson, Director in KWB’s Office Agency Team.
