Birmingham based independent property consultancy Pennycuick Collins has strengthened its commercial property team with the appointment of Richard Bache as a senior surveyor. A qualified chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer, Richard has over 20 years of experience in commercial agency, management, valuation and lease advisory roles in Birmingham, Wolverhampton and the Black Country.
Richard joins Pennycuick Collins from Cushman and Wakefield in Birmingham and will focus on growing the firm’s commercial agency practice. In June 2017 Pennycuick Collins was named in Estates Gazette’s annual office agency league tables for Birmingham as 10th most active office agents.
