Black Country estate agency Paul Dubberley & Co has recruited Courtney Downing as the new manager at its Willenhall office.
He previously worked as a valuer for Dixons Countrywide and DB Roberts.
Before that he worked for the family firm in the leisure sector for many years.
Away from work he is an excellent squash player.
He has won the Shropshire County Championship ten times and has been the Shropshire County squash captain for ten years. He has also coached squash professionally for 15 years including numerous county and regional champions, a British champion and a British Open champion.
Born in Wellington, he lives in Telford.
Managing partner Lee Morton said: “Courtney is a significant addition to our firm as we continue to grow.
“I am confident he will prove a major asset as we look to take the business forward.”
