DTZ has announced the promotion of 120 Directors, Senior Associate Directors and Associate Directors promoted globally. 36 individuals have been promoted across the northern region, Midlands and south west and Scotland.
Five individuals in DTZ’s Bristol office have been promoted.
David Corp, part of the office’s Retail Active Management team has been promoted to Associate Director.
Philip Cranstone of the industrial agency team and Philip Moore of the office agency team have both been promoted to Senior Surveyor, whilst Andrew Shoubridge of the Valuation team is also now a Senior Surveyor.
In the Consulting team, Rebekah Formosa has been promoted to Consultant.

In addition, four International Directors across the business have been elected:

The International Director grade is DTZ’s highest ranking grade and recognises the consistent and outstanding contributions individuals have made to clients and the firm, and their position as recognised leaders in the industry.
