Goadsby Commercial and Pearsons Commercial, acting on behalf of a private company, have successfully let the first floor offices at Calpe House on St Thomas Street in the centre of Winchester.
The top floor has been let to the Public Services Broadcasting Trust, an established charity who were previously located on Southgate Street.
