Alan Marshall has been appointed food and beverage manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff.
Marshall joins the four star city centre hotel with over a decade of experience having previously worked as the food and beverage manager for the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Aberdeen.
Mr Marshall, 32, from Glasgow will lead a team of 40 at the 215 bedroom hotel and will be responsible for further strengthening the food and beverage operations standards within meetings and events and the hotel’s filini restaurant.
On his appointment, Mr Marshall said: “I am thrilled to become part of the Radisson Blu, Cardiff team and look forward to developing what is already a great product. This is a really exciting opportunity for me to continue to establish the Radisson Blu brand in Cardiff by ensuring we continue to give guests a true taste of first class Welsh hospitality.”
