A Bristol-based technology company has doubled its office space in order to accommodate increased staff numbers following a number of contract wins with leading international mobile telecom operators.
Evolved Intelligence has moved to a 5,832 sq ft recently refurbished office at Unit 8 Woodlands Court in north Bristol on a five year lease. They were previously based at Unit 6 on the estate.
Woodlands Court is located four miles north of Bristol city centre, adjacent to Aztec West Business Park. Cushman & Wakefield and GVA are joint marketing agents on the scheme on behalf of the landlord, Northwood Regional Ltd.
Evolved Intelligence specialises in roaming value added services, fraud and security solutions, and analytics for mobile telecoms operators and signalling providers. They work with over 60 mobile operators around the world and are recognised as tier 1 providers of roaming steering and are leaders in the signalling security market.
Seonaid Butler, Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s Office agency team in Bristol said: “We are pleased to have helped Evolved Intelligence with their expansion plans at Woodlands Court. The last two remaining units at the park are currently under offer to an existing occupier which demonstrates that there is demand for good quality self-contained office space in north Bristol.”
Paul Gill, CEO Evolved Intelligence said: “Evolved Intelligence have grown rapidly over recent years and we are actively recruiting new staff. We are very pleased with the new office space which is convenient for staff travelling in from Bristol and the wider area. Bristol has a strong history of technical and engineering innovation and we are delighted to be part of its continued growth and success.”
