Leading UK real estate adviser GVA has announced that Jo Davis has been promoted to National Head of Planning, Development and Regeneration, and that Gordon Isgrove has been appointed to the role of Regional Senior Director in the Bristol office.
Gordon, who as Senior Director leads the Land and Development team in Bristol and Cardiff, takes over from Jo Davis as Regional Senior Director. With 20 years in the industry, Gordon has been involved with some of the region’s key development transactions, including 85 acres of former MOD land in Bath and the sale of the former Frenchay hospital site. He is currently leading the team marketing the historic Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath, on behalf of the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.
Jo Davis’s promotion to Head of Planning, Development and Regeneration sees her move to take on a national role, leading one of the UK’s most successful planning teams. GVA has worked on some of the largest and most complex development schemes in the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Jo has been involved in planning many of the South West region’s most prominent regeneration projects, residential housing developments, and complex brownfield site developments, working alongside companies and organisations such as HCA, St Modwen, North Bristol NHS Trust, Cubex Land, Barratt Homes, Change Real Estate, and Persimmon Homes.
GVA employs 75 people in its Bristol office at St Catherine’s Court, across a full range of commercial property disciplines, including Agency, Planning, Valuation Consultancy, Lease Consultancy, Business Rates, Building, Health and Property Management.
