Following the recent letting of West Lodge a self-contained office building to Rekan Limited the remaining office suite In Hill View House has been let to Whispers Care Solutions Limited on a new lease at a starting rent of £13,000 per annum. The suite provided an area of 1,164 sq ft (108 sq m).
