Recovery specialists Walls Truck Services Ltd have taken more than 15,000 sq ft in one of the last units at Madleaze Industrial Estate in the centre of Gloucester following a deal brokered by Bruton Knowles.
There is now only one vacant unit remaining on the estate. Neighbouring Unit 9A-C provides approximately 24,000 sq ft and comprises a detached building of portal steel frame construction with 5.25m eaves and extensive yard areas. It benefits from ground and first floor offices and WCs.
Tessa Newton from Bruton Knowles’ Gloucester office said: “Situated alongside the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal at the end of Madleaze Road, the site is a well-established industrial location just a mile to the south of the city centre.”
