Chinese takeaway and delivery brand, Hotcha is set to open a new headquarters and production hub in Bristol.
The company has taken a 19,066 sq ft industrial unit at Airfield House in Hengrove on a 10 year lease. The unit will be used by Hotcha for food preparation and distribution, as well as providing their new headquarters offices.
Property advisor Cushman & Wakefield agreed the letting on behalf of the landlord, a private pension fund, whilst JLL acted on behalf of Hotcha.
The property comprises a modern production/warehouse facility and incorporates 4,055 sq ft of open plan office space on the ground and first floors. The building is also energy efficient with green features such as roof mounted solar panels and a heat recovery system.
Hotcha was previously based at South Liberty Lane, Ashton Vale, but needed to relocate to meet the demand of their expanding network of restaurants.

Set up in Bristol in 2011 by James Liang, Hotcha now has 13 outlets, predominantly in the South West, offering ‘fast, friendly and fresh’ Chinese food. Last year it secured £7.5 million in funding to expand further, with ten new locations in London and the South-East due to open over the next 18 months.
