Oliver Forster has joined CBRE as a director in the property consultancy’s capital markets team in Birmingham.
He moves from BNP Paribas Real Estate in the city, where he spent the last four years. Prior to that he worked at King Sturge and JLL.
At BNP, Oliver advised on acquisitions and disposals across the Midlands region in the office, industrial, distribution and leisure sectors, working on deals including Trinity Park, Solihull; Earlsdon Park, Coventry and Quinton Business Park, Birmingham.
CBRE’s capital markets team in Birmingham has had a strong start to 2017, advising on more than £330m of investment transactions, including Brindleyplace and One Eleven Edmund Street. CBRE is also instructed to sell Tricorn House in Edgbaston, which is attracting strong interest.
