Hilary Campton, director and founder of V Formation, was joined by clients, colleagues and friends to celebrate the fifth birthday of the specialist marketing consultancy.
Amongst the party-goers at esabeche in West Bridgford were longstanding clients Clare Brady, founder and MD of Nottingham’s Brady Solicitors, and Charlotte Perkins, MD of The Wilson Organisation, Thal Vashista of Paragon Law and Chris Hall of Hallmark Consumer Services.
Former colleagues included Andy Matthews, Partner at Gateley and former Managing Partner at Berryman, Ginny Hallam, Employment Partner at Geldards LLP in Nottingham, Leah Bradley, and Claire Bicknell of accountancy firm Smith Cooper.
V Formation’s most recent team member Sue Carr and the consultancy’s PR consultant Diane Wood joined Shakespeare’s Lisa Cawdron, John Buckby, Ed Wright and Sharon Reeves.
“The past five years have flown by,” said Hilary. “It’s a very different economic picture to when we launched in April 2007, but there have been some amazing landmarks along the way, including the Midlands Family Business Awards, now in their third year, and working with Brady Solicitors to position the business as one of the property management sector’s leading law firms.
“This last twelve months has in fact been our best ever, with growth in turnover of twenty-three percent. Sue is a great addition to the business and we are delighted to have secured a number of new clients as we look ahead to the next financial year.”
