Aprirose, the real estate investment company, has appointed Leigh Hazelton as Investment Associate and Jinal Patel as Investment Analyst. Jinal and Leigh will be responsible for assessing transactions and producing investment collateral for real estate opportunities throughout the UK.
Leigh was previously a Manager in KPMG’s Real Estate M&A team, where he was responsible for selling and acquiring real estate assets in the commercial and alternative real estate sectors. Prior to that, he worked in KPMG’s Investment Management team, advising institutional investors on portfolio strategy and asset allocation.
Jinal has experience analysing real estate in the commercial and private rented sectors. She was previously an analyst at Circle Housing and Gatehouse Bank. Prior to joining Gatehouse, Jinal worked at Aviva Investors, supporting on the investment analysis and business development of UK property funds.

Leigh holds a Masters in Finance from Cranfield School of Management and is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder. Jinal has an MA in European Real Estate and holds an Investment Management Certificate.
