Retail Packaging and Store Consumable Providers CCS McLays is taking a 10 year lease with a five year break option on Unit C, which extends to 5,204 sq ft over two floors.
Colliers International and Cooke & Arkwright are jointly instructed on Units A – C at Copse Walk, which comprise a terrace of three offices covering the ground and first floors.

“These offices have an excellent specification and offer exceedingly good value for money, including a car parking ratio of 1 per 250 sq ft. He added “There is demand for good quality out of town office stock, and the location and quality of the space on offer at Units A & B Copse Walk means we are well positioned within this market.”
