Like James, Tom is highly experienced in the healthcare sector with clients spanning funders and operators to voluntary sector bodies.
Martin Robb, Cushman & Wakefield’s Head of Healthcare Advisory, said: “James brings real capability to our transactional offering in this specialist market and he will hit the ground running.
“Our aim when we started trading in April was to build the best team offering the best service to the best clients, initially on the advisory side. The next stage is to provide transactional expertise in the healthcare arena and James is ideally placed to deliver that.
“We are going from strength to strength. We already have more than £800 million of asset value to report on and clients including banks, REITs, operators and private equity. We continue to see great opportunities for our clients across the wide range of healthcare sectors which, due to changing demographics, are certain to see excellent long-term growth.”
James Hanson said: “Cushman & Wakefield’s leading market presence, the positivity of their team and determination to deliver the best service and results for all their clients was instrumental in my decision to join them.”
