Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has completed a hat trick of office deals at Roman Way Business Centre in Droitwich with the sale of unit 11 to a local insolvency and corporate restructuring firm.
Acting on behalf of a private investor, Sandy Macpherson, commercial negotiator at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of unit 11, Roman Way Business Centre, Berry Hill Industrial Estate, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 9AJ, to UK MB-I Limited, for £210,000. UK MB-I Limited plans to relocate its Droitwich office to 11 Roman Way.
Unit 11 is a two storey property of 1,950 sq ft, situated within a modern courtyard office development comprising thirteen self-contained office buildings and less than two miles from Junction 5 of the M5.
This sale follows only two weeks after the disposal of Units 8 & 9 at the Droitwich business centre by GJS Dillon to Broadband Digital, and less than three months since GJS Dillon acquired unit 7 for its Droitwich office and headquarters building.
Unit 11 was on the market for less than two weeks, before UK MB-I’s offer was accepted and solicitors instructed, which according to Mr Macpherson underlines the demand for good quality offices in Droitwich and in Worcestershire as a whole.
He says: “By ensuring offices are in a ‘walk-in’ condition, vendors can really help speed the sale of quality offices which are highly sought after across the county.
“Opening our new office in Droitwich, alongside our existing offices in Bromsgrove and Worcester, has pulled in a lot of new clients for us, who like the fact that they can receive very local advice.”
