A director of Innes England is to retire – after 12 years with the East Midlands property consultancy and several decades in the property industry.
Colleagues have paid tribute to Chris Sinclair, who joined Innes England in 2005 in Nottingham and is a leading figure in the regional commercial property scene.
During his time at the firm, Chris has worked with a diverse mix of local and national clients across all sectors. He deals primarily with office and industrial accommodation, as well as residential land, property strategies and valuation work.
Innes England chairman Robert Hartley said Chris was a highly regarded member of the team and wished him well.
Robert said: “Chris has always managed his team to exacting standards and we shall miss him greatly – not just his knowledge and professionalism but his friendly and helpful nature in all aspects of the office.”
Chris said: “I want to thank everyone for their overwhelming kindness and generosity and for the many kind messages and good wishes I have received.”
Innes England last week announced the that former DTZ director Phil Glenn would join the firm as a director, bolstering its professional team – and bringing three decades of expertise to the business.
Specialising in valuations, Phil’s focus will span Innes England’s East Midlands presence. He joins the leading commercial property firm at a time when it continues its growth across the region – and celebrates 25 years in business.
