The North West office of property consultant JLL has promoted 14 of its team across 10 specialisms.
The promotions are part of a national wave and those in the North West include three appointments to national director level – Ian Clarke in valuation advisory, Richard Wharton in the office agency team and Shannon Conway in residential advisory.
Richard Johnson (industrial and logistics), Lee Hill (residential), and Andrew Hilbourne (capital markets) have all been promoted to local directors. In addition, Naomi Kellett in planning consultancy, Oliver Dolan in residential, and Timothy Price in rating management have all been promoted to associate director.
The capital markets team has promoted Jenna McIntyre to senior surveyor, while in property and asset management Jessica Speers is now a senior surveyor and Dan Kelly a surveyor.
In the Manchester office’s building consultancy team Keiran Melfi has been made associate director, while Martin McGowan has been promoted to senior surveyor. Matt Gaffey has also joined the team from GL Hearn, as a graduate surveyor.
