Anastasia Hernandez-Beaumont has joined the Development team of national property consultant Bruton Knowles as a graduate surveyor.
Originally from Dorset, Anastasia has already gained a wide range of experience working in commercial property markets as diverse as Kuala Lumpur and London.
She studied international real estate at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester after graduating in languages.
She said: “Although I lived in London while working at Foxtons, I am very excited to have joined Bruton Knowles. The quality of life in the South West is far preferable to the capital and working in the development team provides me with an ideal opportunity to learn on the job and improve my skills and knowledge further.
Scott said: “Anastasia’s appointment is timely given the Development team’s fast expanding workload.
“Land development is a first and foremost consideration for our strategically placed landowner clients – especially as the local councils bring their Core Strategies forward – shaping the commercial and residential development arena for years to come.
