The Roubaix Group, which bought Fareham Shopping Centre a year ago, has already completed 15 transactions, totalling over 46,500 sq ft through agent Green & Partners.
And that number which includes five new lettings and 10 lease renewals or regearings, is likely to rise further with 10 more potential deals currently in solicitors’ hands.
The completed new lettings are to David Christopher Jewellers, Saltrock, Roman Originals, Gosport Gold and Adopt a Dolly.
The lease renewals and regearings are to Millets, O2, Card Factory, Bonmarche, M&P Cards, Perfect Scents, River Island, Supercuts, Thomas Cook and Thomson.
