Goadsby’s Commercial investment department were pleased to source an off-market purchase of this attractive three storey office building in the heart of Salisbury for Ameriscot Commercial. Having purchased last year, we were then instructed to negotiate a new lease with the tenants, Savills. The new lease has just completed for a term up to 10 years, at an increased rent and is part of Ameriscot’s portfolio expansion. The building comprises 5,500 sq ft and increases the investors portfolio to over 200,000 sq ft.
