CBRE’s North West Asset Services team has been instructed by Triuva KVG mbh (Eurolmmo-Funds) to manage Chicago Buildings, located in Liverpool City Centre’s prime retail area.
Chicago Buildings comprises 4 retail units with frontage on the prominent corner of Whitechapel and Stanley Street, immediately adjacent to the Met Quarter.
The tenants include Holland & Barrett, Blacks and Wongs Jewellers. Further retailers close by include Armani Exchange, Hugo Boss, Gieves & Hawkes, Animal, Molton Brown, All Saints and Tommy Hilfiger.
