Sean Kaufmann joins the Gatwick regional team as an Associate working in the Property Acquisition and Disposal team. He will be assisting in all aspects of the business space agency team covering the Gatwick Diamond region for Vail Williams.
Sean arrives at the Vail Williams office from his previous role at Leaders working in the facilities department where he specifically dealt with asset management, rent reviews and lease renewals. He brings to the team a plethora of skills and expertise from 25 years in the commercial property industry – including 12 years at Baxter Philips Chartered Surveyors, where he worked his way up to full Directorship.
Sean said: “I have worked across many different aspects of commercial property and with this bring a variety of skills to my new team at Vail Williams. It’s a great company to be a part of and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into my new role as Associate.”
Throughout most of Sean’s career he has worked in agency and has a reputation for winning and retaining clients. His knowledge of property acquisition, lease, investment and development matters will receive a warm welcome from his new team at Vail Williams and clients alike.

Not only is Sean talented in the commercial property sector, he’s also a keen sportsman as he spends his free time as a RFU referee for senior rugby up to London league one. He has competed at County and National levels in swimming and enjoys a round or two of golf with his sons when time permits
