CBRE’s Manchester office has appointed Ross McDyre as a Senior Consultant within its Planning & Development team as the division undergoes a period of continued growth.
Ross joins CBRE from Altus Group Realty Tax Consulting in Vancouver, Canada, where he worked as a Managing Consultant undertaking annual valuations of a broad portfolio of commercial properties.
In his new role at CBRE, Ross will work on a number of schemes and development opportunities including strategic sites in Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
Ross joins the team following the recent appointment of Fiona Flint as Senior Planner and a series of senior promotions as the team continues to strengthen its position in the North West. Headed up by Senior Director Iain Jenkinson, in addition to Ross and Fiona, the team includes Director’s Chris Argent and Harry Bolton, Associate Director Emma Warren, Senior Planner Edward Harvey and Graduates, Robin Jones, Elsa Dureaux, and Michael Conroy.
The team provides a comprehensive planning, development and funding service specialising in the delivery of large scale, complex, in-centre and mixed use schemes, for a variety of private and public sector clients. This integrated multi-disciplinary offer supports CBRE’s drive to be the leading commercial planning and development team across the north and reflects the global business’s commitment to Manchester and the north of England.
