Goadsby have, on behalf of IPIF, let Unit 12 Broadstone Way Trade Centre, Poole to Dreamcraft South West Ltd on a new 15 year full repairing and insuring lease. These mid-terrace premises extend to approximately 2,967 sq ft in a prominent location which fronts Broadstone Way with local occupiers such as Macro and Screwfix.

These modern, high quality industrial/warehouse premises are detached and extend to 14,728 sq ft. The internal eaves height is approximately 7m and there are 5 loading doors.
