Alan Pearson, Associate Partner of FHP Property Consultants has agreed the letting of 48 St Peters Street to Greggs on behalf of SANLAM Limited. This will represent Greggs’ fifth outlet within the city centre and fills in the gap between their Corn Market, Westfield and East Street stores.
Greggs have taken a new ten year lease subject to a tenant only break at year five at a headline rent of £50,000 per annum exclusive. The unit comprises approximately 966 ft² of ground floor sales plus ancillary accommodation on the upper floors.
