Hinton Properties in conjunction with Paul Johnson & Associates, is delighted to announce the letting to Greggs, of a 1,420 sq ft unit next to the KFC Drive-Thru underneath the new Travelodge Hotel development in Halesowen.
The new mixed use development is situated on the gateway to Halesowen Town centre on the A458 Stourbridge Road opposite the new Aldi supermarket.
Andy Silverwood of Wright Silverwood acted for Hinton properties on letting the unit to Greggs. A 675 sq ft unit is left remaining.
A Greggs spokesperson commented “We have been wanting to find a site in this location for some time and are delighted to have acquired this fantastic unit in what we believe will be an excellent location for Greggs. We are really looking forward to welcoming customers into our new shop.”
The Greggs unit will open 7 days a week, 7.00am to 7.00pm, and has created ten new retail jobs for local people.
Phase Two of the scheme is due to commence in the near future and includes between 4000 sq ft and 6000 sq ft of retail space to let. All enquires should be directed to Wright Silverwood who are acting agents on the project.
