The Birmingham office of real estate adviser Bilfinger GVA has appointed a new Associate, Sukhjinder Bhamra to its Building team.
Sukhjinder will be working in collaboration with the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Services Director to support the national operation of building surveying functions across industrial, commercial and retail properties.
Sukhjinder will be engaged in an extensive range of engineering projects serving key clients such as Ardstone Capital, Department for Education, NHS, Brindleyplace Estate, and South and City Colleges Birmingham.

Prior to joining Bilfinger GVA, Sukhjinder built a diverse and broad range of skills working for Birmingham City Council, progressing from a trainee Building Services Engineer to Group Engineering Manager. He oversaw strategic policy and design of building services engineering across all of Birmingham City Council’s public sector properties.
