Nottingham’s largest single available office floorplate is set to be showcased by two of the city’s property consultancies following the completion of a million pound refurb.
Embankment House at Riverside Business Park was acquired last year by Titanium Real Estate. The new owners have completed a significant refurbishment of its ground floor office suite, reception and entrance, in response to the widely acknowledged lack of quality office accommodation in the Nottingham market.
In 2015, the building saw a government department relocate some 40,000 sq ft into the second and third floors. The ground floor offers an additional 19,272sq ft of Grade A office space.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, said: “This is the largest single available floorplate within Nottingham city, and it has recently undergone a £1m refurbishment programme which will make it hugely attractive to potential occupiers.

Nottingham-based property consultancy FHP is acting as joint agents on the scheme.
The newly revamped Embankment House will be showcased at a breakfast event on 12 May from 8am to 10am.
