Quantity surveyors Glade Associates have relocated to Barnt Green with the help of Redditch property agents John Truslove.
The firm, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, specialises in the preparation of bills of quantities – used by tendering contractors, developers and site teams.
They also act as consultants helping individuals and organisations plan and coordinate construction projects.
Formerly on the Saxon Business Park in Bromsgrove, Glade Associates has taken a three year lease on 872 sq ft at 80 Hewell Road, Barnt Green.
Managing director Alan Colemeadow said: “We were looking for new premises and these are particularly convenient and accessible.”
Ian Parker, a director of John Truslove, said: “Barnt Green has excellent road and rail connections and Hewell Road is the commercial centre.
“It boasts a variety of retailers and professional offices that put some small towns to shame. Hopefully Glade Associates will be very happy there.”
