Nolan Redshaw has sold a prominent 0.65 acre site on Bury Road, Radcliffe to an investor.
The site was part of the fomer Wilton House factory which was subject to a fire some years ago.
Paul Nolan, director at Nolan Redshaw said: “There was a great deal of interest in the site straightaway and the site has the potential for a number of different development scenarios.
“It is understood that the site will be sold for a figure slightly in excess of the asking price.”
