Despite negative reports in the national press covering the falling oil prices to fears over Brexit, another local Nottingham occupier, Stoneseed who specialise in IT managed services, have taken on an expansion, doubling in size at the Innovate Mews Business Park.
Mark Tomlinson, Associate Director at FHP Property Consultants let the unit. He comments:
“Although the business park is experiencing vacancies at the larger end, the activity in the small market is more than making up for it — many of the units below 3,000 sq ft have now been let. It shows the positive sentiment across smaller businesses who are putting faith in the market and taking on expansions. Stoneseed are a prime example, having taken on a two storey self contained unit double their previous offices of circa 1,500 sq ft.”
Remaining on the park is over 150,000 sq ft of space across units ranging from approximately 3,000 sq ft-25,000 sq ft, giving larger companies the chance to take on expansions or relocations. Located just off Junction 27 of the M1 Motorway, it gives excellent access onto the motorway network and neighbouring cities including Nottingham and Derby.
Stoneseed have been based there since launching in 2009, set up collaboratively by Jamie Buttle, Andrew Buxton and David Cotgreave. They offer IT managed services, including IT advisory, project management, IT service delivery, support and service management.
Jamie Buttle, Managing Director at Stoneseed, comments:
“Stoneseed’s innovative Project Management Services model has seen significant growth in demand over the last two years, seeing the number of our employees double in this period. Expanding further into the adjacent office has proved to be an excellent option to support this growth.”
