Commercial property agents Dodds Brown and Knight Frank have been appointed by landlord Whitfield Group to market more than 16,000 sq ft of newly refurbished office space at Teesdale Business Park in Thornaby-on-Tees, one of Teesside’s premier office parks. When the space is let, up to 160 new jobs could be created.
Dodds Brown and Knight Franks are seeking to let 16,572 sq ft of high specification office space at St Mark’s House on Teesdale Business Park. Offices are available from suites of 2,500 sq ft. Quoting rents start from £12 per sq ft, with incentives available.
The appointment of the agents follows a £60,000 refurbishment of St Mark’s House undertaken by Dodds Brown’s Property and Facilities Management Team.
St Mark’s House is a three storey office building, constructed to a high specification in 1999, with a total of 64 car parking spaces. It is located in a prominent waterside position in the commercial heart of Teesdale Business Park, which provides high quality office accommodation in close proximity to Stockton Town Centre.
Dodds Brown is marketing a number of office buildings on Teesdale Business Park. Stephen Brown, Dodds Brown senior partner who has worked in commercial property on Teesside for more than 30 years, says: “We are delighted that the owners of St Mark’s House have recognised our hard work and recent marketing successes both at this building and at other properties on Teesdale Business Park.
Rebecca Maddison, Office Agency Surveyor at Knight Frank’s Newcastle office, says: “Up to 160 new jobs could be created by any organisation relocating into this prestigious office space at Teesdale Business Park. With its location on the stunning River Tees waterfront site, easy access via the A66 and A19, generous car parking and its on-site facilities, it’s no wonder that the business park has attracted a host of premium occupiers such as Barclaycard and Durham University.”
