Leading property advisor Bilfinger GVA has secured the final deal to ensure the full letting of Victoria Square House.
Acting on behalf of landlord Ardstone Capital, Bilfinger GVA – joint agents on the building with JLL – have let 12,417 sq ft over the ground and first floor on a 10 year lease to national rail company, West Coast Trains Limited the trading name for Virgin Trains, which operates services on the West Coast Mainline.
Quoting rents at Victoria Square House are from £22.50 per sq ft.

Having undertaken a number of improvements to the building over the last 12 months it is pleasing to have it fully let.”
In its prime location situated between two of Birmingham’s key railways stations and just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s historic Colmore Business District, the 160,000 sq ft Victoria Square House occupies a prime position overlooking one of Birmingham’s most impressive civic spaces.

Other occupiers at Victoria Square House include law firms DLA Piper, Browne Jacobson, Consumer for Water, Gambling Commission, and Aecom.
