CRT Property Investments Ltd has increased its portfolio of commercial properties after investing £2.7 million in two Nottinghamshire based units with the support of real estate asset management company, Blue Marble Asset Management.
In an off-market purchase, Birmingham-based Blue Marble Asset Management assisted with the acquisition of the freehold of a 34,000 sq ft prime industrial space in Blenheim Park, Nottingham. The semi-detached units 6A and 6B are currently let to Ferraris Piston Service Limited and Trent Aero Engineering Ltd, part of the MEL Group.
Simultaneously, Blue Marble Asset Management also provided strategic support in the purchase of a unit at Millennium Business Park in Mansfield. The property includes 0.4 acres of expansion land, for the development of a 7,000 sq ft new build industrial unit. The 10,500 sq ft industrial unit is let to tenant Takbro Limited.
